What is your Worry-Free Booking & Cancellation policy?We at 907 Tours understand that there is a lot of uncertainty around travel plans right now, and that’s why we offer you our Worry-Free Change and Cancellation Policy. You may reschedule an existing reservation with us at no charge, provided you travel within 24 months of your original tour date. Even if our tour prices increase, your price stays the same. You can cancel within 72 hours of your tour and receive an 90% refund.

Where do I meet the tour? Will you pick-up at my hotel?907 Tours offers pickup at most Anchorage hotels. We also can arrange to meet you at the Downtown Visitors Center, 4th Avenue and F Street in Anchorage. Contact us at reservations@907toursalaska.com to ask about your specific pickup location and time.

I’m traveling solo – can I go on your tour(s)?At 907 Tours we have many independent travelers join our tours. However, all of our tours have a two-guest minimum. If a tour already has at least 2 guests then yes, you can book a single ticket via the 907tours website. If a tour doesn’t yet have 2 guests, we can put you on a stand-by list and let you know no later than 24 hours in advance whether or not the tour is happening. To be added to the waiting list, please call 907-947-9425 or email reservations@907toursalaska.com.

Is there a minimum age for your tours?The Glacier Hike Day Tour has a minimum age of 9, and children under 18 require a parent/guardian’s signature on the liability waiver form. Our other tours have no minimum age requirement. All guests on all tours pay the adult price.

How much should I tip my guide?While not required, tips are a great way to show your guide some appreciation for a great day out. $5 to $10 per person per guide is a good starting point.
